Zum Abschluss des Filmfestivals in Cannes gibt es in der Stadt einen Stromausfall. Auch beim Festival gibt es Unterbrechungen. Auslöser ist ein Brand an einem Elektrizitätswerk – dieser wurde wohl vorsätzlich gelegt.
